Obamacare to hike premiums 411 percent for male millennials in a Missouri county
Men will see an increase in their insurance premiums in 91 percent of counties nationwide according to <em>Forbes.</em>
Women across the country will see premium hikes in 81 percent of counties.
A 27-year-old man in one Missouri county can expect to see his insurance premiums skyrocket 411 percent due to Obamacare.
A recent article in Forbes states the rate of Buchanan County males will increase by 271 percent; however, the Forbes rate calculator states that the rate increase is 411 percent for 27-year-olds.

According to the calculator, 40-year-old man in the county can expect a 266 percent increase, while a 60-year-old can expect to pay 143 percent more. For women, 27-year-olds can expect a 97 percent increase, 40-year-olds can expect a 67 percent increase, and 60-year olds can expect a 1 percent decrease.
According to that June 18 article, women will see a hike in premiums in 81 percent of counties. For men, that increase is 91 percent nationwide.
