About Austin

Austin Cowley is a current sophomore at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is majoring in Political Science and minoring in History. He is very involved in politics, interning for political campaigns, politicians, and state GOP's such as New Jersey and Michigan GOP. He was also awarded as an 2022 GE Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute Scholarship recipient. His inspiration and motivation throughout life is becoming a public servant and politician one day, and he has also recently started a scholarship foundation named the Cowley Legacy Scholarship Foundation,' in honor of his late father, as he is the Founder, CEO and President of. It will be "Turning Loss Into Legacy" awarding seniors who lost a parent during their time in high school, scholarships to attend higher education. He is also the Turning Point USA chapter president at Michigan, along with being a Leadership Institute Campus Ambassador.
