Former Antifa member: Leftist violence 'happening in colleges all throughout'
Nadales said on Fox's "The Ingraham Angle" on Friday that the group's tactics have spread to colleges "throughout."
Former Antifa activist Gabriel Nadales said that violence by Antifa is no longer limited to just a few campuses.
Former Antifa activist Gabriel Nadales says that the violence or threats of violence being perpetrated by the radical leftist group is not limited to just a few campuses.
Nadales, an employee of Campus Reform’s parent organization the Leadership Institute, joined Fox host Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle Friday to discuss the radical group’s tactics, his history with the group, and more. The conversation took place just hours before President Donald Trump declared via Twitter that he is considering labeling Antifa a domestic terror organization.
”Consideration is being given to declaring ANTIFA, the gutless Radical Left Wack Jobs who go around hitting (only non-fighters) people over the heads with baseball bats, a major Organization of Terror (along with MS-13 & others). Would make it easier for police to do their job!” Trump tweeted Saturday.

Nadales spoke about one particular Antifa related incident on which Campus Reform recently reported, in which incoming conservative freshmen at the University of Texas-Austin were threatened with doxxing if they choose to join conservative student organizations. While UT-Austin was initially tight-lipped on the threat but eventually said it was seeking advice for possible legal remedies from the Texas attorney general.
”This is what we have to do because it’s not the only college. It’s not just Dartmouth College. It’s not just UT-Austin. It’s happening in colleges all throughout,” Nadales said.
The former Antifa member later encouraged dialogue, rather than violence.
”If you’re wearing a black mask, you’re more than likely up to something that’s not good,” Nadales said.
