The 2014 midterm elections went better for Republicans than they had expected, as the GOP captured seven Senate seats to gain a 52-43 majority over the Democrats.
However, President Obama seem unconcerned with the results.
“To everyone who voted, I want you to know that I hear you. To the ? of voters who chose not to participate in the process yesterday, I hear you too,” said Obama during his post election press conference.
Campus Reform headed to George Washington University and asked millennials why they think Republicans captured the Senate. Was it simply because two-thirds of eligible voters didn’t show up?
